This is the whole of it. If you asked us to call you about life insurance, this says what we wrote down, why, who sees it, and how to make it stop.

Who we are

American Trucker Financial, a trade name of IV Holdings LLC. Glenn Lowe, a licensed life insurance agent. Licensed in CO, GA, IN, KY, MO, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, WV. You can reach a person on 406-375-1149.

What we collect, and why

Only what you type, plus your IP address and browser, and a copy of the consent wording you agreed to.

Your name

So a licensed agent can address you on the call you asked for.

Your phone number

To call or text you about coverage, which is what you asked us to do.

Your email address

To send you the budget you build with the agent, and nothing else.

The state you live in

An agent may only sell insurance in states they are licensed in. This decides whether we can help you at all.

Whether you drive as an owner-operator or for a company

The two have completely different finances, and it changes what the budget looks like.

When you would rather be called

So we call when you are not driving.

Which advert or link brought you here

So we know which of our own adverts are worth running. It says nothing about you.

Which platform you arrived from

Whether you came from Facebook, Instagram or a link somebody sent you. It tells us where to spend, and nothing about you.

Your IP address at the moment you submitted

Kept with your consent as part of the record that you gave it. It is a receipt, not a tracker.

Which browser you used to submit

Stored beside your consent as part of the record that you gave it. We do not use it to recognise you anywhere else.

The exact consent wording you agreed to

So that if you ever dispute being contacted, we can show precisely what you were shown.

If you go on to build a budget with the agent, that budget holds the figures you give on the call — income, bills, debts, savings. Those are yours. They are shown to nobody else.

What we will not do

• We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other agents, agencies or lead buyers.
• We do not buy advertising audiences built from your information.
• Your information is used to contact you about insurance and to build the budget you asked for. Nothing else.
• A licensed insurance agent — a person, not software — makes every decision about your application.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, by replying STOP to a text, by saying so on a call, or by emailing us. It takes effect immediately and permanently.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it and confirm when it is done.
• If you never become a client, we delete what we hold after two years.

What you agreed to when you submitted the form

By submitting, you agree to be contacted by a licensed insurance agent at the number provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

“Consent is not a condition of purchase” means what it says: you can buy a policy without agreeing to be texted, and you can withdraw the agreement at any time without it affecting anything you have bought.

How to make it stop

Reply STOP to any text, say so on any call, or email us. It is immediate and permanent, and you do not have to give a reason. Ask us to delete what we hold and we will, and we will tell you when it is done.

Where it is kept

On systems run by American Trucker Financial and reachable only by the agent. We do not send it to advertising platforms, data brokers or other agencies.

Changes

If this changes materially we will change the date at the top. This version is in effect from 2026-08-22.
